Shipping
Sales that have payment completed weekdays before 2.30pm ( Monday – Friday ) will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders received after 2.30pm or on a weekend will be shipped the next working day.
All orders are shipped via the Royal Mail postal service.
We offer 2 uk delivery services - Special Delivery and standard delivery. A signature may be required on arrival for orders shipped via special delivery.
- Uk standard delivery is free but there is no compensation for lost packages, standard delivery orders can take 2 - 5 days to arrive.
- Special delivery is our fastest delivery method and is priced at £5.50, Orders shipped via this method usually arrive within 1 - 2 days (usually next day if ordered before 2.30pm)
Please note: WE WILL NOT REPLACE ORDERS LOST IN THE POST UNLESS SIGNED FOR, AIRSURE OR SPECIAL DELIVERY HAS BEEN SELECTED. ( i.e we will not replace standard delivery orders )
International customers we will ship your order via the fastest postal method available to your location ( airsure or international signed for if airsure is not available ).
Standard International shipping is charged at a set rate of £2.50.
Standard international delivery is shipped via the Royal mail 1st class airmail service. No signature should be required on delivery.. But we can unfortunately also offer no tracking services or compensation for lost orders shipped via this method.
Recorded delivery is our fastest and most secure international postage method. This is priced at £6.50 and is reccomended for larger orders. Recorded international packages are always shipped via the fastest Royal mail postal service available to your location, Usually this is airsure, If airsure is not available your order will be shipped via the royal mail 1st class international signed for service(airmail).
International delivery time is dependent on location.
Estimated delivery time for Standard international delivery is 3 - 5 days.
Airsure estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 days.
First class international recorded airmail, estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 days. (recorded option for countries that airsure is not available to)
Airsure is available to the following countries;
Europe: Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, France, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Rest of world: Brazil, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
Countries not listed, Recorded orders will be shipped via the royal mail 1st class international signed for service (airmail).
All goods are shipped from the UK, Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

We are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns.
Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded, if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
